The first lines of Tiger Song popped into my head while driving or at work in the fall of 2006 or 2007. I recorded a few acapella versions of the song prior to The Fight forming, none of which hold a candle to the versions on this album. There are times in our life when we want more from someone than what they're willing to give. I guess this is about one of those times. Tiger, she's still a dear friend of mine and when I see her she still makes my heart beat in double time.
